There is limited warranty applicable on the products sold.
The limited warranty is for a period of one year from the date of sale/shipment of the product whichever comes first.
The limited warranty will be valid only post registration of the product purchased, on the website and providing the proof of purchase along with the warranty card during claim.
The limited warranty applies to physical goods and ONLY THOSE physical goods that are purchased either from goldrunway.in / aliexpress.in(official Gold Runway Store) / authorized dealers of Gold Runway listed on this website.
The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The limited warranty covers auxiliary lamp lights, wiring harness and switch only.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Products once sold will not be replaced or returned unless for manufacturing defects and covered under the limited warranty.
The warranty will stand void if there are installation errors, physical damage, accidents, product modifications, seal tampering or issues due to wiring.
For all warranty claims, the product must reach us within 30 days of sale of the product, in which case the shipping charges will be borne by us. Any returns post that, the shipping charges need to be borne by the buyer.
Post ascertaining the defect, we will either repair or replace the returned product. Under any circumstances incase an identical product is no longer available, we may provide a replacement of a similar product of comparable value.
The claim will be rejected if any of the terms and conditions mentioned above are not found satisfactory in the product returned, at the sole discretion of the seller.
